Sacred Space Circles

I am so excited to share with you my newest adventure, creation and offering!

After the end of the Build Her Business competition last month I was feeling guided to hold space for like-minded women who are seeking connection and want to understand themselves on a deeper, more meaningful level. I felt drawn to facilitate and lead a circle where we open ourselves up in a real, raw and vulnerable way. It was evident to me that there was a need for community, for women to come together and connect with and support each other. I decided to move on from my volunteering at The Canadian Mental Health Association and The Alex so I could focus my energy and attention on supporting women who are ready to heal and grow.

I have felt the pull to hold space for conversations about spirituality, well-being, existentialism and philosophy. I want to help others on their journey of self discovery and enlightenment. I want to educate and connect with those seeking answers to the unspoken and unknown. I want friendships and connections that help us reveal our spiritual gifts and embrace our authentic selves. I want a community I can laugh with, cry with and be my true self. Without judgement, without pressure, expectation or shame. 🌟 What started as an idea became an intention, until the intention began to manifest. After some divine insight, brainstorming, a visualization ceremony and support from a friend, Sacred Space Circles was born!

Sydney Jones is my friend and fellow circle keeper. "Shayleen invited me to come along to my first circle a few months ago. Although we had a great time... we found ourselves discussing how we could make a better rounded experience on the drive home. After a few days, I reached out to Shayleen and told her she would make an amazing host... and I would help and assist in any way I could. For as long as I can remember, I have always had both friends and complete strangers coming up to me and start spilling their inner most feelings to me. The only way I could ever help was to listen and be there so fellow humans didn't feel alone. By curating a circle of our own, we will be able to offer different mediums of healing, expression, truth, and connection." Because of Sydney's support I was able to open myself up and share what was an often neglected part of myself, to be vulnerable and embrace my femininity.

Every 4 to 6 weeks Sydney and I will host a circle to discuss specific topics and content related to life, spirituality and women. No topic is off limits and no two circles will be the same. We offer a space for you to be your amazing, wonderful and unique self. We want you to show up not only on your good days, but on the difficult and messy ones too! We'll help you out by providing resources, support, connection and community <3 In order to be accessible to women from all walks of life, our events will be donation based with proceeds being used towards resources, materials and supplies needed to facilitate the circle.

In the future we hope to provide a platform for female leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners to showcase and share their skills and services. Working towards featuring special guests or collaborating with women who are empowering each other in the community. We also hope to support and partner with Women In Need Society by donating a portion of the proceeds from each event back into our city!

Sacred Space Circles is a community gathering for women seeking more from daily life. A safe, judgement-free space to explore your spirituality, reveal your spiritual gifts and discover your divine life mission or soul plan. Open your heart and share your story, your fears, your triumphs, your challenges and everything in between. Whether you are seeking or offering support, we each bring something unique to the circle to help each other heal and grow.

If you resonate with any of the above or are curious and interested in learning more, we invite you to join us for our very first event.
