Reiki Energy Healing
Your session is tailored to work on your specific goals and needs. Offering Reiki therapy for emotional stress, physical pain and overall well-being, it is my intention to create a comfortable and sacred space for you to journey inwards and gain insight into the barriers that lie on your path so that you may release energy that is no longer of service to you.After experiencing Reiki clients claim to feel relaxed and renewed. The gentle yet powerful therapeutic system supports the body's natural ability to heal itself by supplying universal life force energy to the chakras and the glands, organs, muscles and tissue that are directly related to each energy center.
Distance Reiki Healing
Distance healing is very similar to other Reiki treatments however it works in the absence of a physical being, object or place. It is particularly useful when touch could be harmful to the practitioner or client (ex: burns, rash, contagious) or should you be unable to travel or have a Reiki practitioner visit your home.It is a technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted universal energy, which is always available, accessible and flowing. I use a combination of sacred symbols, crystals and geometric grids to send you energy online via Zoom.Despite being used in the non-physical dimension the universal energy works on all levels of the body, including those that lie outside of space and time. Sessions completed this way are reported to resonate with the emotional-mental body and can aid you in working through and releasing energetic blocks.

Shayleen is passionate about self care, spirituality and personal development. Her love of alternative wellness, holistic health and natural healing developed after her own personal experiences with mental health, stress burnout and recovery. She started her career as a Reiki practitioner and teacher in 2016 with a focus in treating the effects of stress and trauma.Shayleen believes that pain, illness and disease tend to occur as a result of the physical, emotional, mental and energetic systems no longer working in harmony with one another. She became a Massage Therapist in 2024 to better understand the mind-body connection and to help her clients do the same.Offering Reiki, Massage and Mindfulness to relieve the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress, for pain management and overall well-being. Shayleen takes a unique approach to create a comfortable, supportive and sacred space for clients to journey inwards to restore balance and vitality, leaving you feeling more relaxed, calm and at peace.
